I know they want to keep old content relevant for people playing through the first time but because of those people its weighted too heavily toward the earliest content available. I don't think it would harm queue times too much considering the amount of people + everything being cross-data centers soon, and IMO would be more fun. It's just kind of annoying getting Sastasha and Totorak in LDR for the 20,000th time in a row after doing them literally for 10 years already.
