Pretty straight forwards. What is your favorite card-based video game? This means a game in which cardplaying and cardplay is the core and central mechanic in some form. So something like Baten Kaitos or Lost Kingdoms would count but gewnt in Witcher 3 would not (since it's a side-game... though IIRC, there is an actual gwent game out which would count). The only restriction is that it can't be based on real-world card games. So no Yu Gi Oh, Magic, Poker, or the like.

Mine is Lost Kingdoms II.
