Sean Payton for the Saints panned out the best obviously but he was kind of an unknown commodity as a HC at the time we hired him. Kelly has been a HC for 30 years and has only had 2 losing seasons ever and we pulled him away from a blue blood program in Notre Dame of all places when they still have a chance to make the playoffs and win a national title.
