I mostly take it out on myself or on the nearest object that's not breakable. I don't wanna start throwing plates or knives around or whatever. I fear what would happen if I have an episode like yesterday but with people that I don't know instead. I'm usually good at avoiding conflict and just shrugging it off, but if they manage to get me over that line...
