So other groups getting more representation is being perceived by his brain as a war on white people. How you fix that I have no idea because people like that tend to get super defensive and wont hear you out. The Authoritarians has a great section on this. The answer is essentially exposure. The more a person is exposed to cultures and people outside their initial us-grouping, the more likely they are to become accepting of that culture and people over time and ditch their initial built in prejudices. Of course, this doestt always work. Its just a youre more likely to be accepting type thing then a hard and fast rule. But thats basically the secret sauce to stopping bigotry. --- Hey Trashcan Man!
