I feel sick and in pain ALL the time. If I don't eat I'm in pain and gassy/burping constantly. If I do eat I get horrible cramps. My kidney area is constantly in pain. The pain is not relieved or triggered by anything specific so I can't cut out anything to make it better. It's been really, really, really miserable.
