Topic	Seriously, never be a landlord

Or (as was in my case), you're trying to move out of a devalued condo / home that won't sell, and are forced to lease it out to avoid foreclosure. At least property values are up now, so if there's land involved, selling might be a legit option. But, to TC's original statement, being a landlord does indeed suck.
