Mom and her brother inherited a property in Santa Cruz from her parents and her brother was renting out one of the houses on that property (small houses). After he died, we got some new tenants. They are taking great care of the place and they even cleaned the deck of the front house (which is not rented out) and decorated it with a couple pumpkins at Halloween. I have no clue what percentages are. It's just everyone who rents has the horror story of the people who just absolutely destroy houses and refuse to pay rent and you're stuck fighting in court for months just to get them out. ...
