A couple weeks ago, Uber Eats dropped off a meal at my door I did not order. I tried asking my neighbors, but no one knew the person on the order. I tried to contact Uber Eats, but without the app--which I outright refuse to download--the best I could do after wasting half an hour of my time was find an email . . . that didn't even reach customer service nor anyone that gave a damn. So the meal sat in my fridge for a few days with the hope this would have been resolved, but it was not. I ended up tossing the meal, all because someone misdelivered and Uber Eats has a terrible design flaw for such matters.

No, I'm not signing up for a service and downloading its app just to tell you you need to come fix your damned mistake.
