Pretty sure they both own brands of bread, so you've even gotta be careful there. Mostly, though, you can avoid them by just keeping away from more processed foods. Fresh produce is generally a pretty safe bet, as is fresh meat and more local dairy options. Locally baked stuff can be a little hit-or-miss depending on whose ingredients they use, but you'll generally be fine if you aim for ingredients that are less processed (like butter over shortening).
