Yes, I did the micronized progesterone (round capsules).
I wouldn't say it made my boobs bigger, but it did make them feel more full. I feel like it helped develop overall shape as well. I quit taking it a couple years ago, because after being on it a couple years I felt like I had got the benefits from it. Also made me hungry, horny, and mildy baby crazy.
Also, micronized progesterone is chemically identical to the natural hormone of the same name. It exists in every body, hormones and the endocrine system overall are all about balance.
*final edit* I've also tried just about every fem HRT method available in the US over the last 6 years, so I'm happy to answer questions. The gimme you get is, don't try every fem HRT method available in the US. Each body is different so the delivery method that works for me might not be the best option for you. Find one that puts your levels where they need to be, and stay there. I would say injections are preferred if you can get them, tabs work just as well if you take them sublingually. Yes do micronized progesterone and only take Spiro if you plan on getting rid of your lady sword.

Anyway I mentioned progesterone to my doctor right after making this topic and she told me she'd write me a prescription, so I guess I'll try it myself and see lol
