Episode 6 was a big hmmmm from me. Some book comparisons but nothing spoilery:
- I enjoyed the Aes Sedai drama and interactions. I feel like they've done a good job with this for the most part.
How exactly did Moiraine get to Siuan? I can't imagine it's Traveling but would have liked an explanation or at least a throwaway comment. Were they in Siuan's quarters or back someplace in Tear?In the books any Moiraine/Siuan relationship was more implied than anything else. Not a big deal but I wonder if they'll still go in the book's direction with Thom. I'm guessing not.They really took some liberties with the Waygate. I thought it was actually in Tar Valon but that's not a big deal. What IS a big deal is that they changed how they work! It's supposed to be moving a leaf that opens it, not the damn One Power.What was the deal with Rand "seeing" the sickness come out of Mat? Did he see the weaves too?What was the deal with Moiraine (or anyone else) not recognizing Nynaeve's strength? They're supposed to be able to "feel" another channelers strength just by being close to them.
