DD did at first, but got sued and raked over the fire in the media for it, so they changed their policy. What I have heard with some instances where you order through a restaurant (Chipotle & Papa Johns, Ive heard) and tip via the restaurants app, if the order somehow gets routed to a DD driver the restaurant will keep all or a portion of the tip. As long as youre doing it through the DD or Uber Eats app though, all of it goes to the driver for certain.
