The U.S. needs free universal health care and we could easily achieve it if U.S. takes a little bit away from their military budget and all rich pos and companies pay their fair share of taxes instead of doing loopholes to pay nothing or very little. If we get free health care then just make it for medical reasons only, don't pay for bullshit like gender reassignment surgery, fake boob surgery, any type of surgery that a Kardashian/Jenner has gotten, etc. unless people's noses are naturally fucked up or got fucked up from an injury that they can't breath properly.
