I've tried to like Temple of Doom since childhood, but I simply do not enjoy it from start to finish. I'm struggling to think of a part of the movie I genuinely like, and the only thing that comes to mind is when Indy says 'ah, shit' on the rope bridge. On the other hand, there are parts of Crystal Skull that I thought were really good. I loved the diner brawl and car / bike chase towards the beginning of the movie, that was primo Indy stuff right there. And I thought the quicksand scene was pretty cute. These moments get drowned out by the tidal wave of horrendous implausibility that is the rest of the movie and it's hard to justify sitting through the whole mess just to watch these scenes, but I still remember said scenes fondly. --- Simple questions deserve long-winded answers that no one will bother to read. https://imgur.com/eW67nT8 - Artwork by Wii_Shaker ...
