Most of the chemicals that are in vaccines are present in such tiny quantities that I'm not even sure you could overdose on them without somehow speeding up the process of loading the needles. The immunogenic material can be more of a concern, but usually some of the other chemicals in the vaccine are there to attenuate the immune response to that material and prevent an overreaction, so that attenuation would be scaled up and help keep his body from blowing itself up. It's still a very bad idea, but I'm not surprised that he didn't immediately die. --- This is my signature.
