| Topic | anyone with aspergers that gets paranoid? please read if possible. |

What Ive realized for me is that most of it stems from memories of abusers and what they think/thought about things. With some age and wisdom from others Ive realized that those people had no idea what the hell they were talking about. Theyre all either dead or well on their way to the grave with nothing meaningful to show for their life. I know the difference between something to be fearful of and what is just irrational paranoia, so Im getting better at ignoring the latter or at least getting over it quickly.
