Try to understand that worrying is wasted effort and that there will always be things out of your control. If you're paranoid about getting hacked or having been hacked, changing passwords is a logical thing to do as well as activating 2FA. If your cat likes knocking your phone on the ground, get a case or try to train your cat better. Of course you could still get hacked, your phone could still break, but as long as you took reasonable steps to prevent those things from happening, you shouldn't have to beat yourself up if and when things go wrong. Trust me, it won't be the end of the world.

And I strongly recommend trying meditation. I know exactly what it's like to perceive mundane issues as if they're catastrophes, and meditation is the key to seeing how fragile the neurotic fears that control you really are.
