Sorry about your grandmother btw. I can definitely relate to feeling overwhelmed and even today I was probably ruminating on the idea that life isn't for me. All I can say is cut yourself some slack and take one day at a time. While your condition unfortunately will make things harder for you, more people experience what you're going through than you might imagine, and the solutions or help you need may be easier to find then you'd imagine.
