I recently felt that way too but you just gotta let it go man. I had been in pain all week not eating or showering, just got out of surgery, pissing blood. I was a hot mess. She wasn't interested, she was just doing her job and trying to make me feel better lol.

If you're a cute girl and it's your job to make some young man feel better, why wouldn't you turn up the charm? Seems pretty easy, and you get to have a nice chat while you're at it. It's also just insanely effective.

Any other time and place and I woulda asked her out, it woulda been a sure thing. It just wasn't real. Still appreciate her for it though, that was the worst week of my life by far.

I'm a doctor in the ICU and she's a nurse. So I'm literally always hanging out around them. In that environment, you get to know your nurses, RTs, and the entire staff really well. We all socialize and joke around. But this one in particular is always making direct eye contact with me and smiling, even from a distance. And like I said in my OP, she grabbed my bicep today and at one point I turn around and I see her eyes looking at my ass. Again I'm cool with all the nurses, but this one in particular there is some sexual tension for sure.

And this is about a month after I told you guys about another nurse who straight up told me she wanted to blow me.

I'm a decent looking guy with a confident and funny personality, but the whole work relationship of doctor-nurse is what puts these girls over the edge. Its definitely a thing. Its ironic because my wife is actually a nurse lol.
