Topic	What would a 21 years old have in common with a 30 years old?

I'm assuming TC doesn't work, I've always had big varying age groups at my jobs and we get along fine. Yeah, life goals and mentalities can be different, but as far as interests and hobbies go, it's pretty much all the same. One of my main coworker friend groups is ranged from 20 years old to nearly 40 years old.
