Topic	Canadian blood people recommend ending ban on homosexuals donating blood.

Its closer to 50% of all HIV infections and only 1 out of 5 gay men have it (at the highest estimate) so it actually makes 1,000x more sense to just test everyones blood because anyones blood could potentially have problems, regardless of sexuality.
