Trump did things 3x as fucking stupid when he was President and these complainers were keeping their mouths shut the entire time.

To be fair, people spent four straight years constantly shitting on Trump on Twitter and other social media, and still can't shut the fuck up about him even after he's gone. The anti-Biden sentiment is waaay less than the flack Trump took on a daily basis, even when he wasn't doing much of anything at all.

It's the sort of behavior you're going to get when people treat politics like sports, pick a side, and then root for "their team". Which is why political discourse is mostly shit and why most politicians (on either side) are terrible.

It's also pretty much inevitable when nearly every President we have from either party has less than 50% approval most of the time, and voters are choosing "the lesser of two evils" rather than people they actually want in office. That's always going to lead to a lot of negativity - and while people may have been less vocal/more respectful in the past because they respected the office more than the person in it, the last decade or two (and the Internet in general) have completely worn away anything resembling respect, tact, or restraint. This is pretty much the future of the office - get used to people constantly shitting on everything the President does (no matter who they are or what they do) for at least the next few decades.
