Western fighting game devs have had rollback for like a decade now. Tekken is basically the only hold out at this point among active franchises. Capcom, Sega, Nintendo, and Namco are the main holdouts, which covers the majority of the classic names. I mean, where Pat is concerned, all he cares about is Sega.
