That's why you should always supplement quick saves with staggered normal saves. Especially in Bethesda games, where shit coding means game-crashing bugs and glitches wait around every corner to destroy hours worth of gameplay. I'm currently annoyed because the forced anniversary update they did to Skyrim SE essentially introduced entirely new bugs that occasionally make it impossible to save and/or corrupt save files.
