Women are increasingly relationship incels. Most young women today have had very short relationships or none at all.

Incel has to be the most misleading term to describe both sides. Women can easily get sex with tinder or going to a bar. Guys at worst case will have to go on instagram to "book an appointment with an instagram model" or look for cheaper avenues. But these don't solve the problems of those groups label themselves as incels. They're looking for companionship, a significant other to call their own. And the sex from that relationship would validate them as being wanted and deemed attractive enough by another person.

The sad thing is, while it's fairly transparent on the male population of growing population of incels, I don't think a lot of females realize they're at hard risk at becoming femcels as you've described. As of 2019 according to Pew Research Center, only 43% of Milennials (23-38 years old) were living in a household where they had a spouse, in contrast to Gen X at 53%. There were no radical change in social behavior in the past couple of years so you can expect this downward trajectory to continue. It's awful.
