A poll or something would've been better. So many of the better manga that I would actually recommend got shafted in a hard match first round.

Blue Lock is a great sports battle manga.
Komi is a really cute 4 koma with seriously tender moments.
Spy X Family is kinda similar to Komi. It's presented as an action/mystery series, but ends up being much more wholesome.
Mashle is actually fucking hilarious. He's a punch wizard and his magic is muscles.
Dandadan is one of the more original shonen battle manga and should be up there with JJK.
Speaking of, JJK just isn't that good. It has some original ideas, like the recent fight with the sorcerer with the power of receipts, but otherwise is pretty typical. Blue Lock definitely had a better year in 2021 than JJK (even MHA was).
