Topic	It was a Beatles Vs beach boys debate on twitter the other day.

Given the evolution from trash to hair to rock and beyond, id put them on par at least. The Beatles got popular as a boyband, tbh, but Metallica instantly started evolving from their 2nd album onward. On the other hand, The Beatles has a little more fluff & stuff with lore & cartoons.
