Here is a very Swedish dish I had recently: Isterband which is a smoked sausage made with lard, dill creamed potatoes and pickled red beets. Well ya, for White sauce in this sense I mean Gravy. Or w/e it is, I really don't know what's on a Swedish meatball... That is just not something I am used to. Oh, well it looks great, but what is the pinkish stuff? That other pic you posted looks good. Is that a paper plate? Also interesting plating technique.
