Your clinical picture sounds very unlikely to be a migraine. This is most likely an isolated incident that won't occur again. Could be stress, isolated seizure, panic attack/anxiety, headache, or unknown cause. You will likely get a head MRI scan (if you're seeing a neurologist) to ease your mind, but will likely (and hopefully) not have any follow-up after.

But definitely go see your doctor since they can obviously do a more thorough history/exam.
Thanks man. I hope so. It feels weird chalking it up to a random event, but from the way you speak it seems like it just happens sometimes.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to stand out by self diagnosing. I'm just pretty freaked out and I didn't know things like this could happen sort of randomly.
