Except for the fact Palestine existed way before the Balfour declaration. All they did was randomly make a declaration historically and boom people can just randomly immigrate to there never mind the people already living in that area, screw them, Also you said most persecuted people.

Pretty sure you would never have heard of the most persecuted people since they already don't exist, if they were the most persecuted. Yes the Jewish people have been through a crap ton of persecution and other issues such as racism, but that doesn't excuse them from doing terrible things to the Palestinians currently.
