I think Mimikyu is just cute, has a good typing and moves, and a good ability. The concept of being a little thing that shittily pretends to be a Pikachu is also interesting and it's nice to see a bit of self-awareness in the design.

On a mostly unrelated note, can we please get more electric types which are dual typed and not single stage? About 1/6 of all Electric pokemon are from the Pikachu family or a clone, and there's a grand total of six dual type electric lines with evolutions.
