He was willing to comply though and provided the proof to his direct supervisor (according to him) if he has an email from his supervisor acknowledging such, or if his supervisor is willing to testify on his behalf, then he has a case. Nike has had several days to respond to reporters requests, but so far radio silence; this will snowball on them if they continue to hide the identity of the third party. If it's a reputable company, there is no harm in allowing oversight.
