How is a union NOT a direct dialogue? its standard corporate messaging. whenever they present anti-union stuff in the face of possible unionization one of the more common go-tos is "we are a big happy family and unions are a go between that prevents us from working out our problems together directly" (together meaning in a way where you have no leverage and can easily be fucked) --- I pray god will curse the writer, as the writer has cursed the world with this beautiful, stupendous creation, terrible in its simplicity, irresistible in truth ...
