Most of the guys are in relationships, have kids, jobs etc. So it's more so an excuse to get out and have a night with the guys than it is any sort of serious gambling. I prefer these because at the end of the night either you or one of your friends is going home with some money, but not back breaking winnings or losses for any party. It's just a good time to get together and play some cards and shoot the shit.
