The RX 6600XT is pretty close to the RTX 3060 in performance if I'm not mistaken. That card will probably be good enough to game on for a few years, but you'll probably see yourself turning down the graphics settings and wanting a new card in 3-5 years depending on what kind of games you play.
It will probably have a low quality power supply, cooling, and other small things, but it will be good enough to get you by. You could build something with similar specs but overall higher quality parts (case, PSU, fans) for the same price or cheaper. If you really don't want to build anything, than this is probably good enough.

It looks like this pc has a 1TB HDD as well as the SSD. While performance will be slow on the secondary drive, it's good enough for storing things like movies and files to free up room for games.
