There are worse configs out there. It's a weird pairing, though. The 5600g is weaker than the 5600x, but has an iGPU in it. The 6600 XT is a graphics card that can do 1080p high settings pretty reliably. The 1TB HDD is garbage, and only adds $40 in value to the build. I also don't like that case. The front grille is cosmetic; it doesn't actually have all that much airflow.

Oh, oh wait. I know why that budget pre-built has a 5600g. It comes with a Wraith Steath cooler, so that's less money they're spending on cooling. At the end of the day, you're spending $1000 on a computer that you'll be ugrading the storage and cooling on. It's an HP Pavilion, so look for it to have a proprietary motherboard and PSU couplings. I'd look at the machine in store before buying it to make sure that it looks good.
