Not everyone will be a moderator forever and not every mod will move up the chain either but i think most people can see that error1355 is seen as the top dog for message board civility sans the admins but thats why they pick the lead moderators to enforce the rules and teach the newbie moderators.

Everyone seems to always think he is the one that removes their posts or makes the rules or has the most influence so for argument sake lets just assume he has the crown for lead moderator!

But one of these days he may call it quits and someone will have to replace him and will take on the wrath of user complaints and being @ for an answer. It could be another lead moderator that takes over his crown but if not, its going to be one of the veteran moderators...who do you think it will be?
