Well, first you've gotta be trans. Unfortunately, that means being horribly miserable. Then you have to admit you're trans, then you have to go see a therapist about it who doesn't suck, go see a doctor about it who doesn't suck for hormones, and find people who don't suck to support you in the process of completely overhauling your identity. Once you're on the hormones, you'll start feeling better and your body will improve. It will improve quickly in some ways, slowly in others, and in ways you didn't anticipate. No two transitions are alike, everyone has their own unique story. My story includes a ton of super supportive people, especially women. --- I'm Queen of Tomorrow baby!
