Wind Waker I can't necessarily disagree with, but cel-shading is a completely different style and doesn't really feel like a fair comparison. Metroid Prime 2 I honestly can't remember, but looking it up on Youtube the outside areas look pretty bad even upscaled, so I probably disagree on that, too, at a glance.
