I mean, look at the context you used it in: In response to somebody saying they hope GTA6 has a female protagonist. What else could you possibly mean in that context?

I'm a middle aged man. Back in the 80's, female firsts were a big thing and I heard about them all of the time. But then I kept hearing about them, over and over again. I've reached a point where firsts don't have the same excitement that they had 40 years ago. If there's a female protagonist, I know I'm going to hear about it being a first as if it were Sally Ride or something.
