| Doom_Art 02/05/22 10:25:06 PM #1: | Noticed how it was bringing out the worst impulses in me and making me... weird. Figured it was time to ditch it and maybe try for some self improvement. Deleted FB off my phone, same with Reddit. No Snap or Tiktok or anything either. Only kept CE but even then it's like eh. I'm an addictive personality and I feel like the ability to just stream off any old thought that pops into my head is enabling some pretty weird and toxic shit in me. Deleted my other apps and stuff, I'm back to seeing a shrink, and I'm making more of an effort to actually get out and do shit (as much as I can during a -30 winter during COVID lol). Maybe this is the next step? Iunno I've been coming here since I was like 13 (so like over half my life) so it feels weird to just try to jump away.
