Anyways, I was brought on to close a deal for a high price client. We brought him and his wife to a very exclusive $6000 a month place in the heart of downtown Detroit. The owner of the building out of nowhere came up with these new restrictions to rent/buy this condo. Not gonna lie, the place was badass, had a very nice bar/club downstairs, exclusive parking and so on. Why? Because the client was black, the owner didnt out right say that but it was clear as day.
