I think theres some interesting coordinators that could get something in the future at least, Leftwich or Bowles both seem like the natural successor for Arians. Bienemy is obviously talented but his past might be bothering him. Ryans and Patrick Graham are both good coordinators. Frazier and Morris are both making their names known as good coordinators who may deserve a second chance.

I cant really think of a great solution to this problem though other than to showcase the good black coordinators who deserve opportunities.
