| RedLuigi 02/12/22 1:14:22 PM #22: | I teach special Ed and Im not only expected to be their teacher for every subject, but to also be their parents, life coaches, the liaison between the school that cant support them and the program theyre in, a responsible bus driver, and bearer of truths and secrets I also am micromanaged in terms of my own speech and emotions in accordance to what BCBAs in the room feel is the best way to represent their needs Its crazy --- It's-a-me!
