PSA for anyone who is not aware of Does the Dog Die, an online catalog of films/TV/books with a list of mostly spoiler-free info surrounding the various upsetting things that could happen in a film [drug use, suicide, vomiting, needles, childbirth, to name a few]. This info is provided by users, they will say that things happened [e.g. 'a character is stabbed'] but won't use their name and will provide extra info you might need ['...you see the knife enter, but no blood is seen' or 'blood splatters the wall but the aftermath is offscreen']

I use it all the time bc I can't handle live-action blood/gore.
