Topic	Belgium approves 4 day work week and no contact off hours

Non-american countries can sometimes have not shitty labor laws that lets salaried employees get bonus pay. As for my company they do offer compensation if you have to work a lot after hours. Usually don't do anything if you only work a few hours on the weekend or anything.
