My original jack was too short, only found out after the car was up and tire was off, couldn't get the spare on. Someone happened to have a floor jack, spare went on. Got 500 feet, spare exploded off the bead. Came back the next day with new jack and tire, new jack was also too short in exactly the same way, tires could come off but not go on.
