That's pretty normal to buy pants 2-3 inches bigger than your actual waist measurement, isn't it? At least if you're skinny. I always used to have to when I was really skinny, anyway.
I've always bought pants that fit my waist. I had somewhat of a bubble butt, but easily fit into pants that fit around the waist. Now that I've gained a little weight its truly turned into DAT ASS
