I've always bought pants that fit my waist. I had somewhat of a bubble butt, but easily fit into pants that fit around the waist. Now that I've gained a little weight its truly turned into DAT ASS
I have sort of the opposite thing going on. My ass doesn't stick out much, but I weighed 110 pounds in high school, so I always had to buy pants a bit loose around my waist. Now, 20 pounds heavier, my ass is pretty much the same, so I only went from 28s to 29s.
